- Federal Experience: Joseph spent 5 years with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), where he led complex, multi-agency investigations. These efforts resulted in numerous successful prosecutions, disrupting criminal networks and enhancing community safety.
- Local Investigative Expertise: For 15 years, Joseph served as an investigator with the Niagara Falls Police Department. In this capacity, he conducted hundreds of investigations across a wide range of cases, leading to multiple state and federal prosecutions.
