Meet Our Founder: Joseph J. Palermo
Joseph J. Palermo is a seasoned law enforcement veteran with 25 years of investigative experience tackling high-impact cases, including human trafficking, child sexual exploitation, narcotics, firearms, and organized criminal enterprises.
During his tenure as a detective with the Niagara Falls Police Department, Joseph led and contributed to hundreds of complex investigations. He focused on protecting children and vulnerable victims through meticulous evidence gathering, case development, and collaboration with prosecutors—yielding consistent successes in state and federal prosecutions and showcasing his deep detective expertise.
Joseph also served five years with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), partnering with federal agents and multi-agency task forces on sophisticated, cross-jurisdictional operations. These targeted organized criminal networks, international syndicates, firearms trafficking, and other intricate threats.
